Dr Matthias Zumstein is Vice Chairman of Orthopaedics and Traumatology at the University Hospital, Inselspital in Bern Switzerland. He is the Section Head or Shoulder, Elbow and Sports Medicine at Sportsclinic #1, Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology.

Dr Zumstein is a board member of SECEC (European Society for Surgery of the Shoulder and the Elbow) and Swiss Orthopaedics.
